Sound Meditation
Most of the sounds we hear on a daily basis are not soothing or healing, and many of them are also inevitable. That's where sound and frequency healing comes in as an incredibly helpful tool for resetting the nervous system and realigning our energy centers.
Vibrational healing — also known as sound healing or frequency healing — uses the vibrations of instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Ting Sha Bells, Chimes, Happy Drum, and the human voice to calm the body and mind, deepen meditation, and support natural healing.



Immersive Experience
Sound Bath
A sound bath is a passive, immersive meditative practice where participants are bathed in waves of sound and vibration from the instruments. Placing healing instruments in patterns around and next to the body transforms the experience from purely auditory into a physical, whole-body massage.
The human body is about 60–70% water, making it an excellent conductor for sound waves. This allows the deep frequencies from metal bowls to travel into muscles, tissues, and organs. When these vibrating bowls are placed near areas like the chest, spine, or abdomen, their mechanical vibrations can help relax tight muscles and ease physical tension.
This direct tactile resonance may also stimulate the vagus nerve, which can slow your heart rate and shift your brainwaves into a slower, deeply restful, meditative state.

Chime
Gentle, wind-like, and ethereal, chimes create a cascading wash of high-frequency sounds. They help seamlessly uplift the spirit, clear heavy energy from the auric field, and invite a state of immediate, joyful lightness into the body and mind.
Happy Drum
A beautifully melodic steel tongue drum that emits soothing, rhythmic, and bell-like tones. Its resonant and enchanting sound is deeply grounding, perfect for balancing the emotional body, inducing a trance-like calm, and safely guiding you back into your center.
The Science
How Sound Healing Works
Resonance & Entrainment
When specific sound frequencies are introduced to the body, your brainwaves naturally synchronize (entrain) to those frequencies. This is called brainwave entrainment. Different frequencies guide the brain into alpha, theta, or delta states — corresponding to deep relaxation, meditation, and healing sleep.
Cellular Vibration
Every cell in your body vibrates at specific frequencies. Sound healing instruments create sympathetic vibrations that penetrate tissues and cells, promoting cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and restoring natural resonance at the deepest physical level.
Nervous System Reset
Sound activates the vagus nerve — the primary pathway of the parasympathetic nervous system. This triggers the relaxation response: heart rate slows, blood pressure drops, cortisol decreases, and the body shifts from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair mode.

We begin by bringing your attention inward, setting a personal intention for your healing journey.
Breathing Grounding
You are guided through a simple breathing technique to help your nervous system settle and open you to receive the healing vibrations more deeply.
The Sound Journey
For 90 minutes, you simply lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and receive the healing frequencies.
Come Back to Full Awareness
After the sound journey, you are gently guided back to full awareness of your body and surroundings.
Closing
We close the session by grounding your energy and gently guiding your awareness back to your physical body, so you can carry the clarity and calm with you into the rest of your day.
